Anahata has traveled to the ancient temples of Egypt, Peru, Lake Titicaca, India, Japan, Hawaii, Bali and Tulum.
In her quest to understand and honor the Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine within all things, Anahata has traveled to the ancient temples throughout Peru, Egypt, Lake Titicaca, Hawaii, Bali and Tulum. She has led many “Awakening the Goddess” retreats to support women through the process of healing and honoring their sacred feminine qualities. Her journeys have called her to spend many days and nights alone in nature on vision quests learning from “Gaia”Mother Earth, the Elements and Animal Spirits.
Since 2000, Anahata studied the healing properties of superfoods and living foods working with best-selling author and leading authority on nutrition, David Wolfe. On her path to optimal health, Anahata has studied the benefits of various cleansing and fasting protocols, guiding many individuals and groups through tailored detoxification programs.
