Longevity Secrets from My 100-Year Old Grandmother
My dearest grandmother “Aiti” which means “mother” in Fin just turned 100 in July this year. She is the proud mother of 7 children, 20 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She still eats organic vegetables grown in her own garden and takes daily supplements. She is as positive, cheerful and alert as ever. She still plays cards every week often taking the winnings from her family and friends. She is such a vibrant and loving inspiration, that I thought I would share with you her longevity secrets because they are
