I am sharing with you my favorite energy soup because it tastes great and always gives me energy. When I need a break from more complex foods I love having days of just blended soups. There are many variations. Here are 2 base recipes that you can play with. Sometimes I combine the two recipes and throw everything in the blender.
In order to give your digestive system a little rest, while still taking in the nutrients from food, try a blending more meals such as smoothies and soups. Blended meals are the perfect way to incorporate abundant organic raw fruits, veggies and superfoods. This maximizes energy and increases nutrition while enhancing digestion and assimilation. Blended meals can be easily prepared in the blender in advance for quick meals on the go. Depending on the ingredients, they should stay fresh for a few days.
YES, organic produce makes a difference. Ingest foods that are free from chemicals and pesticides. Not only do genetically modified foods (GMO) and chemicals in commercially-grown foods cause cell damage, they are often difficult to remove from the body. The vitamin and nutrient concentration, not to mention taste is much greater in organically grown produce. Buy fresh organic—you are worth it!

For the following soup recipes, combine all ingredients thoroughly in the Blender, pour in a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Store the remaining dressing in a jar in the fridge.
Zesty Tomato Super Soup
2-3 medium tomatoes quartered
1 red pepper cored & peeled
2 stalks celery
1 medium peeled cucumber
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic (optional)
1/2 cup flax or olive oil
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds (to desired thickness)
1 tsp sea salt to taste
1 cup filtered water
1 cup fresh basil
Handful of Dulse sea vegetables
1 Nori sheet torn into smaller pieces
1 cored apple (optional)
¼ cup soaked sun dried tomatoes
Green Vitality Super Soup
2 cups fresh raw spinach leaves
2 stalks celery
1 medium peeled cucumber
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic (optional)
½ cup flax or olive oil
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds (to desired thickness)
1 tsp sea salt to taste
½ tsp cumin
½ jalapeño chili or cayenne powder to taste
1 cup filtered water
1 cup fresh cilantro
Handful of Dulse Sea Vegetables
1 Nori sheet torn into smaller pieces
1-2 Green onions (optional)
1 Teaspoon of Spirulina Powder (optional)
Soup Toppings
Cubed avocado
Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Spirulina Powder
Dulse granules or Flakes
Chopped Tomato
Fresh Chopped Basil
Fresh Chopped Parsley
Minced Onion
Chives/Green Onion
